I would buy that acount, because for 100 USD u can put 2 soldiers to lvl 30. Just need to buy DevKits at the shop and the following weapons: MG36 (medic), L85A2 (assault), L96A2 (sniper), G53 or MP5 (enginner) and XP boost...
