    It would be the opposite if he was on Windows 8. The HS Driver doesn't work.

    ohh yeah i keep forgetting i just helped someone that was on windows 8. They where trying to get the cipher working on there computer. I went threw alot of shit trying then they asked would it matter if they would matter if they where on windows 8... i was about to kill myself

    Basically all he did was update an address, it was undetected before. If you do use it, just use the original base and credit everyone in the credits.
