You don't inject it man.
You have to download the .zip file, and replace that minecraft.jar with your own minecraft.jar.

-download the hack
- go to C:\Users\....\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\bin
-open the minecraft.jar with winrar or 7zip
-copy the files from your downloaded hack in to the minecarft.jar
-save and close it
-have fun !

OR you can download a hacked client, then you just need to replace the minecraft.jar with your downlaoded hack
like the nodus client
