Help with Far Cry 3's saves.

Ok first, im not sure if this goes on the farcry3 hacking section or here.. Correct me if im wrong. Anyways, here goes.

I torrented FC3 some weeks ago, and after being over-impressed with it I decided to buy it. Now, i want to move my pirated saves to my original game. Problem is, pirated savegames are save001.sav, save005.sav, and saves.ini. Original saves, on the other hand, have the extension .save and are totally different (5.save, 5.save.extendedmeta, 5.save.metdata).

And here comes the obvious question. Is there a way to convert my pirated saves and move them to my game? I have completed almost everything and I dont want to lose it if possible. Thanks in advance.

I have tried to get the cracked far cry 3 saving working and it never worked for me, that was when the game originally came out; I just gave up and bought the game. I have a friend that said he has it working, but he downloaded the same thing as me which I don't get.

Unfortunately I already tried copying the cracked saves on the original game and it did not work. Even tried renaming them. Still nothing. I guess i'll have to start all over again.. But hey, no worries, its an awesome game, I dont really mind replaying it Thanks for the help everyone.
