Fireteam Mode brings cooperative gameplay to Combat Arms. Play with up to eight players in an intense multi-staged hostage rescue mission. Team up with your fellow soldiers to defeat the enemy army!

So this is like S&D but instead of 1 team tryin to plant bomb there rescuing hostages? and other team trying to prevent them from getting hostages?

This is Combat Arms new campaign mode. You enter a level, and it's your team versus a large ammount of NPC characters. You have to infiltrait the enemies head quaters and rescue your team mate, if you do not get there in time, they execute him.

Once you get there, no matter what happens, you and your team then need to escape the enemies base, from there you get to a gate, which is the final crescendo and you must cover your team while they plant the bomb on the gate to escape.

The gate blows up, you escape, and presto. You win.


Some perks in this new mode are:

You start off with 3 lives, and gain a new live for every 100kills (I think), it's hard to get 200kills with a team, but single player will be even harder, as the NPC's on your team, have the worst support. You can bring your own guns into the game, and highly suggested is a chain gun and a sniper. I am unsure of if your able to pick up any weapons, but we'll find that out later.

It's a good game for about 8-20 minutes of game play depending on either the size of your team, or their skill. The fastest game I've done on Korean CA, is 7minutes 35, we went for the record of 6:59 but it way too hard.


This mode will test your survival skills, and your aim, because if you don't take out the big guys who have the good guns, your going to lose a live.

Nothing counts towards K/D or head shots.

GP and EXP are probably that of something along the lines of OMA, only good if you do good.

CO-Op is Human (atleast 2) vs computer on a mission, if you've played halo 2 players thats co-op (coperate-operation)
