Fix the depth and lighting on both.

The first i like except I'm not too fond of the shadow border, plus there is much in the way of "directional" lighting (i guess youd call it that) 7/10
The second is pretty good except you should tone down the lighting on the left and burn around the right side. And the text is a bit hard to see. Also 7/10

Borders are nice on the 1st one, but every sig needs some kind of a focal point, the 1st one i just keep looking around.. Nothing to really look, so gets boring, still nice effects used.

Second one i like a lot, but the focal point needs more bringing out, darken the whole image a bit more, then blur around the render to add depth, and add some dodge/burn to it.

Nice sigs bro, keep it up.

Loool, the halo text looks good, but the ryguy in that sig looks... well yeah. That charzard sig has sick text tho.. yoshi one aint bad either.
