    INDIVIDUAL RANKING PROBLEM..

    Hurm..since GM create Individual ranking... all higher rank push up to get top 100 ...

    now the TOP 100 are full of STAR rank... if they all have been CiC ..all people same ranking.. i think GM need to add more ranking such as All of player a.k.a can be search if cant found
