How to Change Then Delete USERPROFILE for Windows 8

Just recently got a Windows 8 comp and MS made me enter an email acc and set my fake name as the userprofile
So I'm wondering how I can change it to a different admin account and then delete the original userprofile without the need to re-install/recover the OS and all that jazz

Also, I have 2 HP Battery Indicator and a HP LED Indicator programs that are part of start up; can I disable them?

and

Goto task manager, and start up tab and disable any HP crap.

Tried that but it didn't work
What I meant was renaming user Rick to user Home, it's not letting me and I don't know how

Doubt you can, too many registry dependent files.
