help with my cuzint igfx driver not reponding

ok he plays ca ok and when u opens it up and goes in a room and hes starts playing in like 2 mins hes screen turns black then some thing pops up saying igfx runtime error so plzz help him so he can play ca again

2) Goes in a room
3) Plays for a few mins
4) Screen goes black
5) Pop up saying: "igfx runtime error" or something like that

umm first he is going to get 3 day bann for posting 3 times in a row wthout quote second i cant help him cuz i never heard that happen bfore redownload game is my answa or try on ur friends comp or get a new one gl with solving it

"igfx runtime error" is sometimes caused by directx errors,out of date drivers or directx outdated, Or a virus screwing with your Pc.

Try to do a virus scan update your drivers and un-install the game then go to your hard drive find and delte the folder called nexon then re-install the game
