I'm not 100% but if I remember correctly, Metro needs a CD to play too.. But try it anyways, it's pretty fucking good.

Some games only get patched by CD, so the game won't let you play it until it scan's the CD for any info, making sure that it's up to date. You would have to bypass this check somehow in order for you to be able to play it.

(I really have no idea what I'm talking about here.. Just trying to give you an answer.)

Tried it long time ago. Faced a major problem where the game won't go full screen. When I tried going to "options" then "videos", it says I need to turn a mod off or something like that.
