That means it's mostly like spamming the 0 value to some address.
And that means the program is "working"

also my fps was 140 or something, now it is 30-40

It works like this : It writes 0's to a certain adress (like jorn said), to give you no recoil.
Point is that he probably put it in a timer, and put the interval on like 10 milliseconds ... That's extremely CPU intense, and would explain the lagg.

Another way to fix the "MSVCR100.dll" is missing error, just google "MSVCR100.dll" and go ahead and download it. Once downloaded, drag and drop it on your desktop. I'm glad I could help! (If I did..)

Some of them contains virus. I don't recommend people to do this.

Also, you may get this problem more times, and then it's better to have it installed. Instead of having to copy/move the download around as you need.

Well still, i think that the link you included few hours ago ( Combat Arms Help - MPGH - MultiPlayer Game Hacking & Cheats - Hacks, Cheats, Downloads, Trainers, Games ) ought to solve every problem with those .dll files but still, any idea to subdue this fps-decreasing effect? Because it makes the game lag hard even on the lowest graphic settings possible...

srsly i just said i dont have the missing dll problem. already fixed that it doesnt give me any error nothing just pop up then close right away

I tryed while in the menus, in game and in lobby... still nothing. anyway I'll come back if i manage to fix it in case somebody got the same problem.
