2-I open the game
3-I open as administrator tool

Well....For this split-second appearing: It works when u start the game...well i entered the barracks, opened it and it was fine. About .dll problems - It didn't want to work on my pc (Windows 7 x64 service pack 1 with those microsoft packs installed) until i tried with another ones... And well after installing package for x86 it worked...so well...

if this gets detected, i'll upload a new version in 64 bit. that should prevent TAC from scanning the exe

Run as admin ? Make an exception for your virusscan ?
