I'll give you my opinions bro...
Ok i like the blend of the sig, the girl goes in well with the background, and the flow of it is alright. Need to work on getting some lighting somewhere on it, dunno if you have tried to on the head of the girl, but yeah, needs the sig needs some light source.
As for the text, just get rid of the MPGH text, it does nothing for the sig, it ruins it. The sig just seems bland and plain to me, maybe make it more interesting, add some clipping masks, and a few more c4d's onto it.. Tbh i don't know what you could do with it, i can't see the sig being brilliant, but what you've done with it is nice, so good job.
