How would I go about spawning a single crate?

I'm curious as to how I would be able to spawn a single crate with mostly everything in it, I don't plan on using illegal weapons in DayZ. I'm almost 100% sure I would need a bypass as well?

Just a heads up, I'm not that great at scripting, If it requires that, I'm willing to learn how for this specific task.

Anything constructively posted would be greatly appreciated.
