Im guessing if you press Q, it uses the Q on both . And if u press on a certain skill (to upgrade) it upgrades both in that slot.

i also "rebind" the camera lock for the 2nd account, when u press F2 F3 F4 ur camera is locked on ally. Just find the good key to follow my main account on the 2nd screen and rebind it to "space".
result : u press space and both screen lock on the same champion, u have exact mouse coordinate on each screen, so u can last hit & focus enemy
