Hi all,

Because i discover ALLOT in BFH, i've made this development topic.


XPBooster/VPBooster spawn and hack - 35% done
Problem: I CAN get it for free (item id 9000/9005), I CAN get 75x my normal XP/VP with it, i CAN see it in-game working (green arrow) but i CAN'T get the bonus at the scoreboard.

Free Clothes - 10% done
Problem: Autokick from every server, but i CAN see them in the Tutorial.

Shotgun from Soldier to Commando - 75% done
Problem: Disappears in-game, but i CAN use it in the tutorial.

Free emotes - 100% working/done

- MAKE SURE NO BATTLEFIELD PROCESS IS RUNNING. -


1): Make a back-up of C:\Program Files\EA Games\Battlefield Heroes\mods\bfheroes\Objects\Items_server.zip\DefaultCustomization.xml.
This is very important! If something goes wrong, you'll get autokick from every server...

2): Open Items_server.zip .

3): Open DefaultCustomization.xml and copy everything into a new Notepad document (Start > Execute > Notepad.exe).

4): Save it as DefaultCustomization.xml to your DESKTOP.

5): Allright. Right now you have 3 DefaultCustomization.xml files. One in your backup, one for the editing (desktop), and the real one in Items_Server.zip .

6): Open the one for editing (on your desktop).

It says what hero it is (Germans, Commando).
Search for the hero you want to give the emotes to.

For free emotes, we need emote id's. You can find them in the file Emotes.xml, located in Items_Server.zip .

Put the emote id's between <emotes></emotes>.

That's it! You're done!

Hmm. It means that you can use modified emotes in client.

This is a fail simply because I do not see a point in it.LOL

Nice work, but what about clothes? Is it possible to get clothes for free?

Yes, that is possible. If you change the numbers between <ap></ap>, then you'll see that you get some clothes. Unfortunatly you can't get them in a real game, idk why..

In Items.xml (not Defc.xml), you can change what clothes are the default ones. If you do that, it's not possible to join any game, because autokick blocks every Default clothes .


Also, i have a tip for everyone who just bought (via BattleFunds) a XPBooster...
Go to Boosters.xml and search for the number 0.5 . Change that into 5 and you'll get 5x your given xp in stead of 0.5x. Don't change it higher then five, because PunkBuster can see how much xp we get and if that's impossible without editing files, you're banned...

Right now i'm trying to find a way to get a free XPBooster WORKING...
Does anyone know the solution to an expiered item? I mean, how do you get it to Unlim/6 months without paying... Because if i put the item id between <eq></eq>, it will say in game that you'll get the bonus, (green arrow), but none bonus is actualy given...

Did you try changing every "Yes" into "No" ? There is an option in notepad for that, i believe it's CTRL+H

Yes i tried this but as i remember it gives no effect. You will wear default clothes in game

Oh, i think that if you BUY a XPbooster with the 0.5 to 5 glitch it will work.
But the problem with item spawning is, is that sometimes they're unlimited, and sometimes they are expired (spawning the XPBooster)
