Third, brig beverages, beverages that taste good an will quench your thirst.

Fourth, prepare a massive meal beforehand. Don't just go with snacks, have snacks AND a meal. Trust me.

Fifth, only watch comedy if it is your first time. Or Action. Or a mix. You will enjoy.

Sixth, make sure you hold each hit for seven seconds, then release.

Seventh, ROTO eye drops work wonders.
