There should be some program of having anyone report any posts/topics breaking MPGH rules, so for example a person would need to submit 5 true rule breakers, if they were to submit a false one that would go down as -1 and then they would go from 0 to -1.

if you set a post count that high you will run into a lot of problems namely

Spam and think on what the you would have to do as a VIP member 100 posts is WAY to much and as you said "obama ban there as*es" that would just be silly in the first place how can he ban them for doing what the site imposed there for he would be powerless and the spam would just over follow old threads would be Bumped to all hell.
