    Wiki says its a bacteria

    Doctors should ahve some kind of antibiotics to take to kill all of your bacteria, or at least most of them, and tell you to eat yogurt or something to replenish good bacteria. If they do give you antibiotics, make sure you do, otherwise you'll get sick
