    If you run 32Bit.
    Download this.
    Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) from Official Microsoft Download Center

    If you run 64Bit.
    Download this.
    Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x64) from Official Microsoft Download Center

    How to find out?
    Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\System

    I know many people have problems with this dll is not it? okay this is what you need to download according to your bit. I repost because many others are having this problem!
