Will I be unbanned if I buy a copy of Black Ops 2?

I was permanently banned from Black Ops 2 on the account but if I buy a copy of black ops 2 with the CD key or whatever will I be unbanned and able to play on their servers again?

no. u have to buy a new game and activate it with a new steam account

Yea, you need a new account, copy, etc etc. (different email adress for a second account)
