Auto Keyboard Program?

Is there any program out there that lets the keyboard keep pressing a key without you actually doing it. Im trying to boost. I have 3 accounts with Black Ops 2 and 3 computers (2 laptops). And I hate pressing 4 for using the tatical insertion everytime. And when im not in hardcore I have to press F to go out of killcam and then 4. So a program would really help. ALOT Thanks

Yeah it works perfectly.. took me a while to figure out the right settings to use. But very good tool.The highest I went was 189-1 in Hardcore kill confirmed.. thanks sooo much!!
