Best way to farm BH/Swift

What is the best way to farm BH/swift?

Rescue apparently has a low chance of dropping complete swift set pieces, although i heard that it's very rare unless you do hero mode. True/false?

The mats needed for swift alone is just ridiculous....19 willy clawfoots? 25 gray officer uniforms? Man...

Not to mention stuff like toad claws/gremlin battle uniforms aren't farmable because they are trash mob drops.

If you want it for title, faster to (if you don't have any) make friends and borrow their set for title.

Black hammer can drop fully crafted swift pieces, I know because I got swift gauntlets myself on hard.

its like really freakin hard to farm swift and stuff....
