Yes, this still works. There is very little chance of getting banned as long as you follow the instructions and don't use it every single match.

I'm not going to bother updating this just yet. I wasn't aware there was going to be a patch today. I think they will have another patch on either the 27th or the 28th, so I'm going to wait until then to update all of my trainers/hacks/tables.
