Any Good Ways To Make Money As A Teen?

Hello guys. I am a young teenager and I want to make some OK money at a good pace. It has to be a little over 20$ for each job <--- I Mean for 1 task. -_- or whatever ( If it's less, fine). I can't do things online, as I don't want to do/can't do paypal (don't ask), and I can't really go around cleaning houses because It's been done. Mowing yards is an option but what do you think is a great way for me to make money at my age?

I really want to build a Gaming PC, and I'm not really going anywhere moneywise. Anyone please help?

Understand the fact that we can't always get what you want, and give up. You don't need a gaming rig. You probably can play most games on your computer, and for some reason if you just have to play Battlefield 3 or something, realize that you could get it for a console.

Hell I wish I was payed 20/hr. Don't expect money to just fall into your lap. Either you start getting creative, or never make $$$ at all.

1) You live in Hawai'i, the cost of living in Hawai'i is fucking expensive and it's getting hard to get a job there anyways.
2) Do you not know what minimum wage is? Minimum wage where I live is $7.25 USD. YOU ASKING FOR $20 IS WAY TOO MUCH
3) Do you have any special talents/knowledge of something that many others, especially your age don't? Canyou /Are you fit to do physical labor?

5) Don't buy a Gaming PC, learn to build one. There's more than enough resources online to do so. Find the right forums and stores/sites to use as reference.
6) Don't waste your time with online jobs, think of them as ant work. By ant-work, I mean, you do so much and gain WAY too little. You may work your ass off online for $5 doing something under a website (like smurveys for example). You'll be making your shitty amount of cash, while the people you work for are making $$$$ way more, since you're their ant.

Like the others said, $20 is a lot, nobody is going to pay you that much.

You probably won't even be able to earn that much if you were in Australia too:
