How do deal with a DDoSer, that can take my internet down any time he wants?

I'm in Australia, and i can't change ip addresses as easy as you guys in the northern hemisphere. He's on MPGH as well, not that i know his main account.

First off, don't get on Skype. That's where he's getting your IP from.
Second of all, call your ISP and tell them you are being DDoSed, see if they will nullroute the IPs or their abuse team will get those zombies taken offline. Also get them to change your IP.

I still find it funny how kids these days think they are some 1337 hakzors for finding someones IP and C+P it into LOIC. Or whatever it is these days, I heard LOIC ran into some problems or some shit.
