Error Code= -46

Hello everybody, i just wanted to ask for ur help i just downloaded the Vindictus NA now thou i didnt play before but when i try to install it just makes

Installing : Reading file info. and takes a while then it says (An error occurred during installation. Please try again) and when i press OK it gives me that error and it does again and again =/

So i need help to know if i should download it again or i can fix it some way and i use Win XP

You get this error while installing? or after installing the game?

Could be that you need Visual C++ Redistributable Package
