WHAT WE PLAN TO DO

Well about a week or so ago I made a thread asking you, the users, what you would like to see change in the Combat arms section.

This is what you said:


-Limit the amount of pages to where old posts after so many weeks/ months, get automatically deleted.

-Release public hacks

-Lower search waiting time

-Make a sub-forum for releases

-Have an experienced coder that teaches a few people what he knows
like a class

-Hack requirement to download hacks

-Block users from typing the same words too many times

-Button that the opposite of thanks that you click for people who are just unhelpful

-Make stickies stand out more

-Add a section for general combat arms chat, screen shots

-When members release hacks of their own accord, they should get more than a "thanks".

-Create a new rank for members allow them to lock threads, no need for any other special privileges

-Close topics once the problem/hack is patched

-Don't close every thread made on the front page..
just "soft" delete them

-Make a 3 strike rule for people that don't follow the rules


Sadly many suggestions on the list above will not be resolved right away. Dave said his main priority for mpgh is to release the hacks, yes CA hacks as well, to MPGH.


Listed below are suggestions that will be implemented as of now or hopefully soon:

Like I said, more from the list could be implemented. I just have to keep asking Dave to do it. Hopefully this is sufficient for now.

most people are saying make a post req. for hacks, i say we need a thanked req.


to show you are helpful to the community you must be thanked at least 5-10 times before you can download hacks

Hmm, How about we make a minimum post count for downloading!
I noticed that more and more choobs are coming in with 1 post and downloading hacks and I think that just coming here and downloading is sort of abusive. This is a public forum for people to post and share info and datum(data). We should make the minimum about 25 posts. I know that I am a newb here but I am just sharing my opinion =)

lol, youre just trying to get more thanks. Anyways, this list you amde, obama.- its perfect . But for the hack d/l requirements, make it like at members and higher only. Since most choobs/ newbs dont even know how to get the hacks to work.. they will just start posting uselesss threads about asking people to help them get the hacks to work. Which will lead to more spams. :/

You say member because that is your rank maybe we should make it haxor member or duel keyboard member or expert member.. so u cant aswell I wouldn't mind if I had to have a higher rank to download would just make me more active
