Banned players don't lose their badges. If it's account disabled, then yes, they'd lose their badges. If it's a temporary ban, the player will not lose their badges. In addition, Dragon Hero was added to the accounts of players who upgraded at any point before July 4, 2011. The badge was added on July 1, 2011. This was to reward players who did not upgrade within the 72 hours, but to make it fair for them, since they did not know about the new shop (and the requirements associated with it).

Don't you remember the first wave of bans?(somewhere between September 2010-August 2011)? They were permanent by default and you had to recover through
this link, and guess what, that stupid shit resetted all badges.

No, it wasn't. They added autoer detection in July, but it only DC'ed the user.

Also, just to FYI, Axe Master and Dragon Hero went live around the same time. Even if the ban did reset the badges, that character only has Axe Master and not Dragon Hero, meaning that it never upgraded at any point before July 4, 2011.

If a player purchased 3 or more months at any point in time, they would receive the badge. You could buy 3 separate months of membership and still receive the badge.

AE is lying about the ban waves starting in july*. It only started 4 real in late 2010.

But then it still wouldn't matter... Both Axe Master and Dragon Hero released within a few days apart and Cloud667 only has Axe Master.
