Hi guys first i wanna say I AM BACK Thanks for banning me But it did help me go out and celebrait
BUT i am stuck... I am now like 1 month started training, and this is what i train every time i go to the gym:
My legs (Running 20 min)
My back 20-30kg (50-100 times with this special machine)
My Chest and back (15-30kg 30-50 times)
My belly (50-100 times)
Is that good? or should i step it up? or am i missing something important what i dont train?
Keep in mind i am just 16, it isnt smart if i go and do those heavy shit

Well first, tell me what parts you want to tone / build.
I want to train my chest and back the most and my belly. And ofcourse my legs but i am already running every day for 20 min so i think running is going good
Are you bulking or toning?
I am toning a bit and no bulking
just play some sports
