There is a way to do it, look up greenluma and click on 1st link, downlaod it, install it to your steam folder and you will get about 2000 games, black ops 2 is one of them, however: you either have to wait for a black ops 2 gcf file release or you have to have previously owned bo2 (when you try to install it you will see what i mean).
