Dear Aeria,

i know that im starting to be anoying but i am only fighting for my money,
my friend from game told me:"maybe they dont want to give you your guns
back if u dont have prof." i have thinking about that sentence i searched
on my pc. i foundem my old inventory (link on youtube soo u can check
it(My inventory february 2012 - YouTube ))that was
recorded in february 2012.

soo u see my weapons disappeared and aeria wont give them back, what do u think about it?

You used illegal software according to there terms of use (and I am sure you did, otherwise you wouldn't post this here), or someone hacked into your account and deleted all your weapons, according to there terms of use (that you agreed to) your account is your responsibility, therefor they are in there right.

They only thing you can do is request a timelog when the weapons where deleted, and if they where deleted by them, or yourself (yourself being someone who logged into your account).
