I cant get the point of this hacks.
I mean if it was a hack to make more damage, or to give you a boost in money, yes I'd even pay for it.
Zoom hack? useless in my point of view.
recommended item changer? Are you so lazy that you cant even know the items for your champ? I mean I can actually know all the good or bad items for every champ.
skin installer ultimate? Only you can see the skin, very usefull. Not.

ZoomHack can actually be quite useful. In the cases where you're playing against long range champions, like Nidalee or Janna, it can give you that extra time needed to avoid their skillshots.

Item Changer is mostly a convenience thing. It allows you to minimize the amount of time it takes for you to navigate through the in-game shop, saving you precious time and allowing you to get back to your lane and farm up!

Skin Installers are for fun. Nothing else. Who's to say whether its useful or not? Its usefulness is dependent on the user.

You are assuming that a hack is the same thing as a cheat. This is not the case. As Speedy said there are those that merely want aesthetics and such. And the zoom level can be quite annoying if you are used to larger scale RTS games that do not constrict the zoom.

Hell yeah, I can't remember the amount of times zoom has made me make awesome arrow shots I couldn't have made without it. You can see much more of the map, save your fellow soldiers, see over bushes, etc, etc, etc...Just so much more useful. Just remember to turn it off in ranked...Otherwise you're a scrub, hahaha..

I use skininstaller to test skins on champs I want to buy skins for. I can't remember how many times I've bought a skin and it was ugly as fk...
