i want to buy new laptop for my work , but i cant find something good and cheap :/
my budget 420$ USD ,

In that case, if thats what you want, go for it, processor is fine for what you want, graphics card is the same.
Although, is it windows 8 that you want?
Yeah, there's no problems with it at all, just personally with my experience i would see windows 7 as a better choice.
That aside, that laptop will be fine, you can most likely find a better one with a bit of searching, but if its just for work its pointless.

Whatever you do do not get a Dell! BSOD all day baby... Get something more reliable since it's going to be for work, like a Lenovo.
