What is 403 forbidden how do i fix it, i get it only when i go to vampirefreaks(dont ask) i can go to login,browse users,user profiles,chat room but when i go to gallary or after i press login when i put my information down it says 403 forbidden(when i go to gallary)Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'phpmailer/class.phpmailer.php' (include_path='/a/virtual/vampirefreaks.com:/a/virtual/vampirefreaks.com/includes:/usr/lib64/php') in /a/virtual/vampirefreaks.com/includes/apomail.php on line 11(when i try to login), is there something wrong with my i.p, and is there proxy safe servers i can use???
