This is a virus. Please open task manager and close the process "Microsoft Windows"

Then go to this folder "c / users / youusername / AppData / Roaming and delete" Microsoft Windows "

Open Start> and type "msconfig" and press enter on the "Starting Windows" uncheck the "Microsoft Windows" then "Apply" "OK"

Now just passing ccleaner and a good antivirus.
