Did other people just got perma ban for no reason?

i don't give a shit about warZ, i never use hacks on black ops 2. i don't wanna prestige myself to 10 or 15 because it's just boring and only noobs does it :/

i ben hacking on alot of games but i never get banned...just as long as you dont go ape shit and do all kinds of stuff to get noticed, you will be ok. dont get a 100+ kill and 6 death... i mean serously wouldnt that be kinda obvious....
