Your requirements, are too much. Such a specific rank and weapons.
At least pay €50+ for 3 AP capsules (all very popular) and don't get such a specific rank and amount of Euro, it's already great if you can find an account with those weapons (and not everything else, which you'd have to pay extra for)...
