Yes they get patched ,and yes they get detected sometimes too so be careful.

Good VIP hacks rarely become patched, and if so, only for a very short while. If you plan on hacking for a long period, VIP hacks are the best way to go. Not very expensive and very reliable, with basically every possible hack feature

Don't get 187ci, I bought months ago because there was no way of knowing if the hack was detected before you bought it except for the inaccurate banner on the home page that pretty much always says online.. When I bought it the hacks were down and I asked for a refund which I never got. t2x (the owner of 187ci) claims to give out refunds then asks you for the transaction id and after you give it to him you will never hear about the subject again.
