I've got this problem, and I havn't been able to fix it.
When I embed rotmg (directly from the site or with a hacked client) within a form, whether it be using the axplayer control, webkit, webBrowser, chromium, there is quite noticable screen tear, input lag and fps drops when in high or medium levels of action ex. godlands, nexus, oryx.
I've tried running on low quality, running it on a seperate thread, and a few other things...
Anyone have any idea whats going on??!

Could be an instance of not utilizing your graphics card as it is supposed to? Similar to running VMWare and whatnot?
If it is 100% CPU based, it could be your computer limiting the resources allowed of those programs, basically capping the CPU usage and causing the stuttering and tearing..
@ @krazyshank are you going to embed the client inside the app, if you don't try out this line of code from the batch file:
Be sure to include the flash Projector inside the folder with the batch file...
