PDW Prestige problem

My PDW prestige is 10 and I can't seem to fix it.
I tried this fix:

Address: 02E6D631
Value:
Prestige 1: 64 (4-Byte)
Prestige 2: 128 (4-Byte)

But it didn't work. Is there any way I can change my PDW to prestige 1?
