For those that can't get the menu to appear, run game in "windowed mode" then alt+tab away from it an open up "OnScreen Keybaord" an then click on "Delete" key on that an then use the arrow keys to navigate on the "OnScreen Keyboard" to activate the functions (: (People with laptops or having trouble with desktop keyboards)

Also this hack is still "UNDETECTABLE" as of today 22/5/2013 C: Enjoy!!

I've been using this for at least a month, and I hate to say It PD detected it for me earlier. So I believe it is detected.

Then something is wrong at your end because I'm using this atm in windowed mode on a PB server (servers PB is at latest version of the serverside PB) an when PB tries to scan me everything shuts down (the hack) then turns everything I had set back on again after scan an sees me as clean (:

Undetected, just played on legit servers with PB for about 2 hours, and nothing. Don't know how it's detected for some of you.
