your processor is shit, get a 3570k, and a good motherboard to go with it.
    maybe a new case.

If you're going to be running an i5 2400 quad core, I'd suggest lowering your graphics card to a GTX-670 FTW. The 680 is an overkill. Also, what kind of PSU you getting? Link would be helpful. Oh, and Corsair Vengeance RAM is a personal preference.

Ok, if you're running i5 3570k the GTX-680 is fine. I'd suggest a Corsair 750w PSU, definitely atleast 80% efficiency, if you can modular and gold. Never skimp-out on your PSU, if your PSU dies, so does your computer and could potentially brake other parts of your computer. My PSU was $160.

As said above, get the 3570k.

    Motherboard: ASUS P8Z77-V LK Motherboard
That motherboard also comes with some decent memory.

    SSD: SAMSUNG 840 Pro Series

    As for a new PSU...

SeaSonic SS-660XP 660W - If you only plan on running a single GPU
SeaSonic Platinum Platinum-860 860W - If you plan on SLIing or Crossfiring two GPUs
