Quake sound affects in Call of Duty 4???

Hey guys, i have heard many rumors about getting Quake sounds (headshot, double kill, monster kill, etc.) in CoD4, but none confirmed. I was just wondering if anyone out there had a simple little 'thing' that adds Quake sounds to CoD4. I am running the game on Mac and I would greatly appreciate it Thanks guys!

Jabber315, there is a file called sounds.dll that comes with the H3he V3 hack. You can try that out it actually sounds pretty cool.

the element is right. sounds.dll that comes with the hehe hackl. btw that hack owns. love the aimbot. also some other haks have the same sound pack in it....
