    Smart Close is a program that has already been posted, but not many got to download it. It closes all your un-needed programs(processes) that take up Ram. It will NOT close anything that is vital to your OS operation.
    CCleaner - Home
    CCleaner(formerly known as CrapCleaner) is a tool that when used cleans all cookies, empties your Recycling Bin, etc. I used it back when i had my PC with only 512mb ram and it made a HUGE difference in gameplay.
