I probably am just missing some thing but it seems like he's having a legit problem loading Combat Arms, perhaps you have to re install the game or hopefully just the patch. Any thing could have messed up the process and ruined it. Get the correct files from a friend if need be. Any way, just for any one else who might have the problem. Kudos, Obama.
