I Have 20 Discs

So let's just say I bought 20 DVD+R Discs. I only used one to burn an operating system on it. What should I use the rest for?

Backups. People have forgotten the power of backing up your shit with physical CD's. My dad has fuck knows how many hundreds of the damn things, but I sometimes back up important shit on them too. So long as you keep the disks themselves stored right, even after a catastrophic meltdown in your PC, your data will still be around.

You could pick up a 7950 for a bit more, dont know how well it would fit in your budget though. Or save it for better peripherals.

Well than go for it. Peripherals are optional, but they do make a nice setup. Compromising your setup for flash is not great though, so make sure your PC is good, and save up from there to get nicer extras.

How do I burn multiple songs to an iso?

To an iso? Iso is an image of a disc. You would just be burning them to a CD. Tons of programs can do it, iTunes being one of them, and the one I used back when I still used CD's. Just pop in a blank one, drag songs to it, and click burn. Though faster, lighter weight, and better options exist.
