Dude....that's not no spread, alot of your shots actually miss. If it is working, it's inaccurate. You can be 100% positive it works if you use a sniper and get a headshot across the map with a single bullet. Other than that, it's not No Spread.

it's because of 500+ Ping and Recorder lags when I use no spread.. without recording it's much faster than before.. Yes I checked.. it works.
PS : I checked with sniper , it works (Without zooming)
