I want to upload a program which has a separate link to the creators website in the console will I get in trouble? Its not clickable its just console text...

as its stated in the rules: no outside links, referrals or anything similar
just ask for a removal by the creator

As said Above, it also depends on the Minion who is to approve it.
If you ask nice to get it removed, and it's do-able.

The minion might manage/bother to do so.
