Looking for simple CS:S chams / wallh4x

Hello, MPGH. I was never really into this whole modding games scene, and I was looking around for some simple chams or wallhacks that dont completely affect my game. By that I mean I just want something where I can see through walls, and be able to toggle the ability to do so. I did download one before (forgot the name) but it gave me a consistency block. Can someone help me out? <3
